Job Opportunities

Procurement Engineer / Executive

Job Descriptions:

  • To be responsible for sourcing of Raw/Non-Raw materials requisition.
  • Carry out the company sourcing activities, mainly the factory equipment and machinery, as well as machinery spare parts and consumables and project tendering.
  • To ensure and monitor tax exemption application is processed accordingly before import clearance of project item.
  • To source for new supplier when the need arises in achieving cost savings and performs assessment accordingly.
  • Review and timely delivery of raw materials source.
  • To identify material requirements; develop supply chain strategy and co-ordinate Material Quote Analyst.
  • To update the market sourcing information, analyze the quotation and liaise with supplier negotiation for reasonable and best price in consistent with company strategy.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all purchases and meeting project timeline.
  • Liaise with various departments pertaining to their procurement needs.
  • Evaluate the performance of suppliers on monthly basis.
  • Organize, maintain and compile record of procurement documents.


Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Science or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in purchasing exposure from the similar industry.
  • Good knowledge of Procurement strategy and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English well and interact with all level of people.
  • Self-starter with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good exposure with relevant industrial supply.
  • Knowledge of Material sourcing and development.
  • Knowledge of Engineering parts and Equipment sourcing.
  • Knowledge on Products commodities.
  • Ability to obtain information about Palm Oil communities’ trend and forecast.
  • Ability to review the work in progress project work and variation of order.
  • Able to handle project timeline or task due date including handling suppliers/contractors and internal requestor with timely delivery of materials.
  • Experience in a fast moving manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
  • High integrity, vigilant, accountable and able to work independently with good team player.
  • Computer literate & proficient in Microsoft Office application.

Supply Chain Executive / Senior Executive – Beauty & Personal Care

Job Descriptions:

  • To oversee and lead the warehouse team in order to ensure the smoothness of the warehouse daily operation and activities.
  • To monitor packaging material & finished product stock in warehouse with proper recording system.
  • To ensure quality and quantity received and issued are in order.
  • To handle procurement of materials for production usages in both packaging and raw material.
  • To handle planning of material to ensure sufficient packaging material stock and raw material for production usages.
  • To ensure the smoothness of stock take and both internal & external audit that taking place as and when needed.
  • To coordinate with Shipping department and forwarding agent when necessary, on the movement of containers and loose cargoes collection.
  • To coordinate with production on finish goods availability.
  • To liaise with supplier to ensure compliance to material delivery.
  • To support sales in term of product delivery, sales support & new products launching.
  • To ensure stock accuracy for materials & finish goods in the warehouse.


Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Purchasing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of related working experiences in procurement of packaging material and material planning.
  • Good communication and written skill.

Inside Sales Executive – Exports

Reporting to the Business Director, the incumbent will be responsible to support sales activities to domestic and export customers in the Food Ingredients division.


Job Descriptions:

  • Supports the Market Manager/Business Director as the interface within the sales office in all customer related matters.
  • Process customer orders, arrange and despatch deliveries for customers to meet delivery commitments in a timely manner.
  • Actively engage and interact with customers, external and internal stakeholders on day-to-day sales and marketing related activities.
  • Attend to customer inquiries and generate new customer leads.
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with customers.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers and Channel Partners relating to all aspects of order processing, shipping and commercial information.
  • Attend to customer related matters to ensure customer satisfaction and work closely with operations and related departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Obtain order forecasts from customers and Channel Partners for production planning purposes.
  • Supports the Market Manager/Business Director in the sales process, pricing and the implementation of product development strategy in line with business plans.
  • Provides administrative support for marketing and marketing communications activity for the territory.



The incumbent must take a proactive role to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and after-sales process.

Job Requirements:

  • Applicants must have a Degree/Diploma in related fields.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in customer service related field, or in export operations is required for this position.
  • Applicants who are expose to manufacturing working environment is an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality with customer service at heart and mind.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter and eager to succeed.
  • Good in both written & verbal in English. Knowledge in Mandarin is an added advantage.
