Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Drafting.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Familiar with P&ID, piping and building work.
  • Preferably those applicants specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Willing to work for long hours and have to be at site on rest day or public holiday as and when require.

Customer Service Executive

Job Descriptions:

  • Reporting to the Business Director, the incumbent will be responsible to support all sales activities to domestic customers in the Food Ingredients Division.
  • Supports the Market Manager/Business Director as the interface within the sales office in all customer related matters.
  • Attend to customer inquiries and generate new customer leads.
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with customers.
  • Process customer orders, arrange and despatch shipments for customers and Channel Partners to meet delivery commitments.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers and Channel Partners relating to all aspects of order processing, shipping and commercial information.
  • Attend to customer related matters to ensure customer satisfaction and work closely with operations and related departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Obtain order forecasts from customers and Channel Partners for production planning purposes.
  • Supports the Market Manager/Business Director in the sales process, pricing and the implementation of product development strategy in line with business plans.
  • Provides administrative support for marketing and marketing communications activity for the territory.
  • Responsible on day-to-day administration and coordination activities of the sales and marketing division.

Job Requirements:

  • Applicants must have a Degree/Diploma in related fields.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in customer service related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants who are expose to manufacturing working environment is an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality with customer service at heart and mind.
  • Good in both written & verbal in English. Knowledge in Mandarin is an added advantage.

QA Manager

Job Descriptions:

  • To ensure proper planning, implementation, control and monitor for the management of Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities.
  • To provide technical support and services, addressing quality issues and managing internal corrective and preventive actions for continual improvement.
  • Work closely with Operations on troubleshooting product quality issues and process control optimization.
  • To continually review to improve laboratory system standard and operating procedures.
  • To assures that product measurement systems meet customer requirements and managing customer complaint.
  • To ensure the quality of raw materials, finished goods and in-process products are within the specifications.
  • To develop / enhance techniques and procedure for inspecting and testing in order to recommend modifications in products and standards and analysis of customer complaints.
  • To communicate with external parties such as suppliers, local authorities, statutory and regulatory authorities or other organization that have an impact to food and feed safety.
  • To attend to third party and customers’ audits and ensure that non-conformances as responded in a timely and complete manner.
  • To ensure that traceability is maintained and records are easily retrievable upon requests by customers/related parties.
  • Update job knowledge, train, motivate & manage a team to develop continuous improvement programs to continue improve quality.
  • To act on any assignments and projects that may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Chemistry, Food Sciences or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in QA/QC laboratory from food manufacturing environment.
  • Have a good understanding of chemistry, analytical equipment and methodology used in QA/QC Laboratory.
  • High integrity with good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of local Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations, BRC, HACCP & ISO standard and other food and feed safety requirement.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Resourceful, proactive and dynamic personality.
  • Strong leadership and abilities in leading and molding a discipline and efficient working culture for the department.
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment and consistently meeting set deadlines.
  • Strong command of English, both written and oral. Knowledge in Mandarin is an added advantage.
